Fixed or removable vagina?

Before we ship each order, we always send photos of the finished product, where it is still possible, with a response within 24 hours, to adjust the makeup, wig and eyes.

Why isn't the wig in the product photos in the parameter menu

Wigs in product photos, unfortunately, are often used for photo shoot purposes only, outside of the normal range. You have the option to add 1 free wig to your order. So choose a similar one or write "Same from photos, if not so XY" in the box for the second wig. We cannot promise availability of the same, but we will do our best.

How do I pose and protect my sex dolls arms?

If you have specific requirements, we can create a custom body and head mold for you, according to the photos you send us.

Do you offer transsexual sex dolls?

Yes, we offer a transsexual penis adapter on almost all sex dolls. This is a penis adapter that can be inserted into the sex dolls vagina and turn it into a trans-doll.

Can I use my sex doll without lube?

No way! Always use water-based lubricant, otherwise your sex dolls will be irreversibly damaged.

What items are included in a sex doll order?

What are hollow, firm and gel breasts?

This is a matter of each individual's preference, and in general it is not possible to recommend the right option to suit you.

Hollow breasts:

Firm breasts:

What is an EVO frame?

Legs with or without the ability to stand?

The skin on the legs is soft, and the sex dolls "No Standing" position will damage the appearance of the legs by breaking the skin, or bending the lower skeleton. Sex dolls made "With standing option" not only have screws on the foot, but also have a different "foot plate" attached to the inner skeleton that is larger and allows the screws to transfer weight from the frame directly to the ground.

Basically, the footplates are three weight bearing points that are on the underside of the feet to ensure weight is distributed from the skeleton directly to the floor (without applying force to the soft TPE or silicone). They also offer more stability when standing, but the weight must be evenly distributed.

Fixed or removable vagina?

Both variants are now almost identical in appearance, where the insertable insert may not be visible at first glance. Here are the differences, advantages and disadvantages of the two variants in detail.

What makeup will my sex doll come with?

When it comes to makeup, semi-permanent makeup will be used in the base. It's water and touch resistant and light wear and tear, but most makeup will eventually wash off with normal cleaning (with the exception of permanent makeup, which is advertised mostly on silicone models). You can reapply the makeup yourself with regular, non-aggressive drugstore makeup.

When the sex doll is finished, you will receive factory photos of it. Although the makeup artists make every effort to recreate the makeup from the product photos, it is not guaranteed to be a 100% match. If you are not satisfied with the makeup, you must respond to the photos sent within 24 hours before the sex doll will be shipped.

Also - it is not possible to reproduce exactly the exact same makeup as the makeup is applied by hand by makeup artists, and each makeup may have its own subtle artistic touch.

What are sound and internal body heating systems?

Sound and moaning system

It is installed in the back of the head (hidden under the wig), or on the back, between the shoulder blades. They use an internal battery that is charged by an adapter, just like a cell phone, by plugging it into an electrical outlet in the wall.

In some manufacturers, the sound system is supplemented with motion and touch sensors that interact with each other. Some, such as Sino-doll also offer voice commands, to which the sex doll responds with answers or a pleasurable moan.

Body heating system

It is a set of heating bodies under the sex dolls skin that are powered by the mains. When heating, the plug must be connected to the sex doll and it takes approximately 40 - 60 minutes. A sex doll heated in this way will last 2 - 3 hours. Each manufacturer has its own body heating system. The Sino-doll has the connector located at the back of the head, where the connecting cables to the body run through the neck (they can be disconnected). The WM / YL Dolls have the connector on the left side and provide a body-colored seal to it, to eliminate water ingress. The JY Doll have a connector on the back, between the shoulder blades. The heaters are usually located only in the torso and thighs, sometimes in the upper arms and calves. Thighs, buttocks and breasts heat up more slowly as they have a thicker layer of TPE and silicone.

For both systems, extra care must be taken when cleaning to avoid coming into contact with water or increased humidity. Always try to cover the contacts. Never wash Sex Dolls when plugged into the mains.

How can I dress the sex dolls?

Before dressing sex dolls with any new clothing, wash it thoroughly first, ideally more than once as you could stain the sex dolls skin with it. Then, leave the garment on the inconspicuous parts of the sex dolls, such as the foot, for at least a day to make sure the garment does not stain the skin. This is the safest way to prevent skin contamination and is recommended. Even a leather or vinyl chair, can stain sex doll skin, so you should always have a non-colored towel or blanket underneath.

When staining your skin, we recommend that you use only stain remover from our range and follow this manual. We estimate the effectiveness to be 85%, and light spots may remain after stain removal.

Can I paint my nails or replace them?

You can, they're plastic. Be careful not to stain your skin when painting. If you do, don't use nail polish remover or petrol. They dissolve the TPE. Better to let the varnish come off over time.

If your nails eventually fall off or you want to replace them, buy a set of artificial nails and nail glue from a drugstore and reapply them.

Do not use any chemicals when removing your nails. Try using a gentle stream of warm air with a hair dryer.

My eyelashes have come off, what should I do?

This is a common thing. Fine eyelashes are very susceptible to detachment. However, these are the same false eyelashes that women routinely glue on and are cheap to get at any drugstore, along with glue. Use caution when gluing them to your eyelids, but there is no risk of any damage if you use the right drugstore products.

Can I choose the same wig as in the product photos?

Unfortunately, many of the wigs in the sex dolls product photos are used for photo shoot purposes only, and are not in the manufacturer's permanent range. However, there are exceptions and you can request them. We will always do our best to get one for you. As you have a choice of second wigs for free, please choose a similar one from the product photos, or write in the order note in the basket, before shipping, that you require the same one. We can't promise it, but we'll do our best.

What is the difference between a fixed and a removable head?

So far, only models from Piper Doll offer a fixed head that is connected to the torso. Their advantage is mainly in the aesthetics and realistic design of the whole model, which forms a single unit. Also, during washing, water cannot get into the susceptible metal parts, in the neck area. The disadvantage may be in handling and storage, when the head cannot be detached from the hull.

All other brands offer a removable threaded head, or a one-click system where you always have the option to swap the head for a different head model, allowing you almost infinite variation in configuring your sex doll. By purchasing multiple heads, combined with wigs, you can have many variations of partners with one body.

I can't pay by credit card, what should I do?

Many customers have set low daily and monthly limits and thus experience payment rejection when paying by credit card. Make sure your bank payment limit and your funds are sufficient. You can temporarily unblock limits by calling your bank and using online banking.

What is the delivery time of sex dolls after payment?

Most TPE sex dolls are produced in an average of 7 - 15 days. Silicone ones can take 2 - 4 weeks to produce. Shipping then takes 12 to 30 days.

If I am absent during delivery, what happens?

On delivery, the courier will contact you by phone and a different date and address for delivery can be arranged.

How does the warranty work?

Inspect your sex doll immediately upon delivery.
If you notice a defect on your order or notice that the doll is significantly different from your order, please report it to us with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you feel you are entitled to compensation, do not use your sex doll. Keep it in new and unused condition, with box and all packing material. We cannot accept sex dolls back if they are used.

Can I withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days?

Unfortunately no. There is a statutory exception for customized "Made to Order" orders and erotic goods where it is not possible to withdraw from the contract.

For custom orders, we ship worldwide and shipping is free for all orders.

For orders from stock, we only charge postage outside the country, up to a maximum of €100.

Does the price of the order include taxes and duty charges?

The prices you see on the site already include import duties, taxes and VAT. Topsexdolls will handle everything on your behalf. Therefore, shipments arrive at your door without any hassle and at no extra cost.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship sex dolls and accessories to many countries. However, some countries are excluded because government laws do not allow the import of sex dolls. For this reason, we do not ship to countries such as:

What logistics company do you use to deliver your dolls?

Topsexdolls uses the following logistics companies: UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS (air and sea container shipping). The final logistics company depends on your delivery address and country of destination.

Where can I track my order?

Once the product is made, we will send photos of it and shipping will begin within 48 hours. After that, we will send a tracking code within a week. We will also send you a link to the UPS/Fedex/DHL website where you can check the progress of the shipment.

Why hasn't the tracking code been updated after 2 weeks?

Most often, for these shipments from China, to EU/USA and other countries, container shipping without tracking is used. The tracking is only updated once the shipment is cleared in the country of delivery or in another EU country. Unfortunately, once the shipment is in transit, we have no control over it and ask for your patience. All shipments are insured and we are responsible for delivery or refund. However, apart from significant delays in transit, we have not experienced any non-delivery.

Is the delivery discreet? What does the packaging look like?

The packaging is designed for absolute privacy, which means there will be no label on the box. The sex doll will arrive in a plain brown box with no identification of the contents. Only the shipping address and recipient need to be tagged to identify the final destination.

Can I pick up my sex doll at the shipping carrier's drop-off location instead of home delivery?

If you do not want home delivery, we can have your order delivered to the shipping company's depot or pickup point. Please contact us with this request, including the location where pickup is convenient for you.

From which country will my doll arrive?

All of our custom sex dolls are made in China. Sex dolls are shipped directly from the factories to the customers.

Stock sex dolls are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic, where you can also view and pick them up in person.

Do not want to take your order at home

If you don't want to pick up your order at home, we can deliver to the nearest UPS, DPD, Toptrans, FedEx, or DHL drop-off location depending on your address. Simply leave a note with your order or let us know in advance. We select carriers based on the weight of the shipment, so only one of the listed carriers may be available.

Alternatively, you can always arrange with the courier for a different address and day for delivery when they call you.

I don't want anyone to know I bought a doll

We use a plain brown box to ship sex dolls, without any text or branding. No one knows what's inside except you. We have shipped hundreds of sex dolls, we know how to take care of your privacy.

Can you ship the head and body separately?

Yes, the head and body can be shipped separately.

Does delivery require a signature?

The rules vary in each country of delivery. We most often use UPS, where they have waived the signature as of mid-2020, but that may change again without our control.
