Legs with or without the ability to stand?

The skin on the legs is soft, and the sex dolls "No Standing" position will damage the appearance of the legs by breaking the skin, or bending the lower skeleton. Sex dolls made "With standing option" not only have screws on the foot, but also have a different "foot plate" attached to the inner skeleton that is larger and allows the screws to transfer weight from the frame directly to the ground.

What are sound and internal body heating systems?

It is installed in the back of the head (hidden under the wig), or on the back, between the shoulder blades. They use an internal battery that is charged by an adapter, just like a cell phone, by plugging it into an electrical outlet in the wall.

Body heating system

It is a set of heating bodies under the sex dolls skin that are powered by the mains. When heating, the plug must be connected to the sex doll and it takes approximately 40 - 60 minutes. The heaters are usually located only in the torso and thighs, sometimes in the upper arms and calves. Thighs, buttocks and breasts heat up more slowly as they have a thicker layer of TPE and silicone.

For both systems, extra care must be taken when cleaning to avoid coming into contact with water or increased humidity. Always try to cover the contacts. Never wash Sex Dolls when plugged into the mains.

How can I dress the sex dolls?

Before dressing sex dolls with any new clothing, wash it thoroughly first, ideally more than once as you could stain the sex dolls skin with it. Then, leave the garment on the inconspicuous parts of the sex dolls, such as the foot, for at least a day to make sure the garment does not stain the skin. This is the safest way to prevent skin contamination and is recommended. Even a leather or vinyl chair, can stain sex doll skin, so you should always have a non-colored towel or blanket underneath.

When staining your skin, we recommend that you use only stain remover from our range and follow this manual. We estimate the effectiveness to be 85%, and light spots may remain after stain removal.

Can I paint my nails or replace them?

You can, they're plastic. Be careful not to stain your skin when painting. If you do, don't use nail polish remover or petrol. They dissolve the TPE. Better to let the varnish come off over time.

If your nails eventually fall off or you want to replace them, buy a set of artificial nails and nail glue from a drugstore and reapply them.

Do not use any chemicals when removing your nails. Try using a gentle stream of warm air with a hair dryer.

My eyelashes have come off, what should I do?

This is a common thing. Fine eyelashes are very susceptible to detachment. However, these are the same false eyelashes that women routinely glue on and are cheap to get at any drugstore, along with glue. Use caution when gluing them to your eyelids, but there is no risk of any damage if you use the right drugstore products.

Can I choose the same wig as in the product photos?

Unfortunately, many of the wigs in the sex dolls product photos are used for photo shoot purposes only, and are not in the manufacturer's permanent range. However, there are exceptions and you can request them. We will always do our best to get one for you. As you have a choice of second wigs for free, please choose a similar one from the product photos, or write in the order note in the basket, before shipping, that you require the same one. We can't promise it, but we'll do our best.

What is the difference between a fixed and a removable head?

So far, only models from Piper Doll offer a fixed head that is connected to the torso. Their advantage is mainly in the aesthetics and realistic design of the whole model, which forms a single unit. Also, during washing, water cannot get into the susceptible metal parts, in the neck area. The disadvantage may be in handling and storage, when the head cannot be detached from the hull.

All other brands offer a removable threaded head, or a one-click system where you always have the option to swap the head for a different head model, allowing you almost infinite variation in configuring your sex doll. By purchasing multiple heads, combined with wigs, you can have many variations of partners with one body.

If you notice a defect on your order or notice that the doll is significantly different from your order, please report it to us with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you feel you are entitled to compensation, do not use your sex doll. Keep it in new and unused condition, with box and all packing material. We cannot accept sex dolls back if they are used.

Can I withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days?

Unfortunately no. There is a statutory exception for customized "Made to Order" orders and erotic goods where it is not possible to withdraw from the contract.

Does the price of the order include taxes and duty charges?

The prices you see on the site already include import duties, taxes and VAT. Topsexdolls will handle everything on your behalf. Therefore, shipments arrive at your door without any hassle and at no extra cost.

Do you ship worldwide?

Topsexdolls uses the following logistics companies: UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS (air and sea container shipping). The final logistics company depends on your delivery address and country of destination.

Where can I track my order?

Once the product is made, we will send photos of it and shipping will begin within 48 hours. After that, we will send a tracking code within a week. We will also send you a link to the UPS/Fedex/DHL website where you can check the progress of the shipment.

Why hasn't the tracking code been updated after 2 weeks?

Most often, for these shipments from China, to EU/USA and other countries, container shipping without tracking is used. The tracking is only updated once the shipment is cleared in the country of delivery or in another EU country. Unfortunately, once the shipment is in transit, we have no control over it and ask for your patience. All shipments are insured and we are responsible for delivery or refund. However, apart from significant delays in transit, we have not experienced any non-delivery.

Is the delivery discreet? What does the packaging look like?

The packaging is designed for absolute privacy, which means there will be no label on the box. The sex doll will arrive in a plain brown box with no identification of the contents. Only the shipping address and recipient need to be tagged to identify the final destination.

Can I pick up my sex doll at the shipping carrier's drop-off location instead of home delivery?

If you don't want to pick up your order at home, we can deliver to the nearest UPS, DPD, Toptrans, FedEx, or DHL drop-off location depending on your address. Simply leave a note with your order or let us know in advance. We select carriers based on the weight of the shipment, so only one of the listed carriers may be available.

Alternatively, you can always arrange with the courier for a different address and day for delivery when they call you.
